Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR), Domainchat provides the following methods for users to request deletion of their personal data.

Option 1: Self-Service (Workspace Owners)

If you are a Domainchat workspace owner, you can delete your data directly:

  1. Log in to your Domainchat account
  2. Navigate to your workspace settings
  3. Use the Delete Workspace option to remove all associated data
  4. Alternatively, use the GDPR Purge option for complete erasure

Option 2: Contact Us

If you are an end user of a Domainchat-powered chatbot and wish to have your data deleted, please contact us with the details of the business whose chatbot you interacted with:

Please include: Your name, the business/chatbot name, and the date of interaction

What Gets Deleted

  • Chat conversation history and session data
  • Lead information (name, email, phone, company)
  • User profile data
  • Calendar booking details
  • Knowledge base content (if workspace owner)
  • Vector embeddings from our vector database

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data Deletion Callback (Meta)

For Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) integrations, when a user requests data deletion via Meta's platform, Domainchat will process the deletion request and notify Meta upon completion. Users can also contact us directly at the email address above.
