Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Domainchat (“the Service”), a product of Msquare Digital Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Domainchat provides AI-powered chatbot agents that can be deployed on websites and messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram. Customers (“Tenants”) build and configure AI agents that interact with their end users.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive purpose
• Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to breach our systems
• Scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer the platform without authorization
• Violate the terms of service of Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram), Telegram, or other integrated platforms
• Use AI agents for spam, fraud, harassment, or generating harmful content
• Train AI models on our platform data for use outside Domainchat

5. AI Agent Disclaimer

• AI responses are generated by third-party models (OpenAI, Google Gemini) and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and testing your AI agents before deployment
• We provide content quality gates, moderation tools, and gap analysis to assist with oversight
• Domainchat is not liable for damages arising from AI-generated responses

6. Data Processing (DPA)

You (the Tenant) are the Data Controller for your end users' data. Domainchat acts as a Data Processor. We process personal data solely on your instruction and in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated into these terms.

7. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and Paddle
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

• Domainchat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for AI-generated content, service interruptions from third-party providers, or data loss
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law

9. Termination

• You may delete your workspace and terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Sections on Limitation of Liability and Governing Law survive termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry, India.
