Lead Inspector Guide

Detailed lead profile panel, appointment records, transcripts, notes, and activity timeline

The Lead Inspector is the central drawer for inspecting and managing an individual customer record. Clicking any row in the Leads table or any card on the Kanban board smoothly slides out the Inspector panel, giving your team immediate context across profile data, booked appointments, conversation transcripts, and follow-up tasks.

Booked Appointment Card

When a contact has scheduled an appointment via DC Calendar (or connected tools like Cal.com), the Lead Inspector highlights their booking in a dedicated Booked Appointment Card at the top of their profile:

Event Title & Status: Displays the specific service (e.g. "Product Demo (30 min)") alongside an active Confirmed or Pending badge.
Local Event Timezone: Quotes the appointment start and end times formatted in the event's configured timezone (e.g. "Tuesday, September 29 at 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Asia/Calcutta)").
Reference Code: Displays the unique alphanumeric booking reference (e.g. #7YQK2M) for cross-referencing calendar entries and email receipts.
Physical Address / Meeting Link: If the event is in-person at the attendee's location, their address is prominently shown; for virtual events, the secure join link is visible.
Direct Calendar Jump: Includes a 1-click "View in Calendar" button that immediately filters and opens that exact booking on your workspace calendar.

Summary Notes & Appended History

In Domainchat, customer context is never lost:

Non-Destructive Appending: When a returning lead books a new appointment or chats again, new booking details and conversation summaries are cleanly added to their notes history with clear timestamp dividers.
Manual Agent Notes: Team members can add internal notes, call logs, and customer requirements directly from the drawer.
Lead Status & Stage: Update the contact's pipeline stage (e.g. NEW, CONTACTED, QUALIFIED, PROPOSAL, WON, LOST) with real-time Kanban synchronization.

Conversation Transcripts & Timeline

Inspect the exact messages exchanged between the visitor and your AI agent across all channels:

Omni-Channel Visibility: Review chat messages whether they occurred on Website Chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Telegram.
Interactive Transcripts: View timestamps, sentiment scoring, and AI qualification tags in a chronological feed.
Cross-Channel Identity: Social handles (Instagram username, WhatsApp phone number, Telegram ID) are unified under the contact's profile.
