Connect Facebook Messenger to Domainchat via the platform Meta app
Platform Model
Domainchat uses a platform model — one Meta Developer App for all tenants. You don't need to create your own Meta App.
The platform Meta App is already configured with all required permissions and webhooks. You only need to connect your Facebook Page via OAuth.
Step 1: Prerequisites
- ✅ A Facebook Page that you manage (must have Admin or Editor role)
- ✅ Your Facebook Page must be published (not in draft mode)
- ✅ Messenger must be enabled on your Page (Settings → Messaging → Allow people to contact my Page)
Step 2: Connect in Domainchat
Go to your Domainchat workspace → Channels → Facebook tab and click:
One-Click Connect
Click "Connect Facebook" → authorize in Meta popup → done.
