Automate Instagram DMs and comment replies with your AI agent

Step 1: Convert to Business/Creator Account

In your Instagram app, go to Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account (Business or Creator).

Step 2: Connect to Facebook Page

Link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page you own under Instagram Settings → Edit Profile → Page.

Step 3: Enable Connected Tools

In Instagram app, go to Settings → Messages & Story Replies → Allow Access to Messages.

Step 4: Automate Comments with Post Rules

Once connected, go to Channels → Instagram → Post Mappings and bind rules to your posts. Each rule can trigger on keywords (exact or AI intent), deliver a CTA — a tappable 🔗 Open Link button or a real 📄 View PDF / ▶️ Watch Video / 🎧 Listen Now attachment — post your public reply template verbatim, and even require a follow before the CTA is sent. Rules can be saved as drafts and published when ready.
